I stayed here for 5 nights and i really enjoyed it! The location is perfect in my opinion, there is a 7/11 and a Walgreens right across the hotel which is extremely convenient. There is also a cable car right outside. I used public transportation everywhere and it wasn’t too hard to navigate. The room itself was small but nice and comfortable. There’s no fridge but there is a microwave downstairs, along with a water fountain. I felt safe here because after 9, you need an hotel key card to open the property doors, also there is someone at the front desk 24/7. Overall, i would stay at this location again 100%.

Excellent location. Very close to Chinatown, easily walkable. Easily walkable to many different areas in the city. Unfortunately, the room itself had very little ventilation and felt humid and damp during the day (especially after a shower). Our toilet would also intermittently stop working and then start again. The staff was for the most part, very friendly, other than when we originally checked in; the female staff member working that day was pretty apathetic. I mean, you really cannot beat the location for the price, but the room itself was average so manage expectations accordingly.

We loved our stay. Our only issue would be that there weren’t any vents in the bathroom and it was too cold to open the windows so the room felt a little damp and we had a hard time staying warm at night. The heater wasn’t really an heater so it didn’t do much to help. Otherwise we loved it. We never felt like we were in the city until we walked out the front door. The staff was super nice. Everything was clean and appealing. Thank you for a lovely trip!
