We highly recommend this hotel! We specifically chose it due to its convenient proximity to our event, being within comfortable walking distance. A significant bonus for us was the complimentary guest parking. The room itself was clean and spacious, equipped with all the essential amenities. The gentleman who assisted us with check-in was not only polite but also possessed a delightful sense of humor, which greatly enhanced our stay. We certainly plan to return!

The staff was great - very friendly. The hotel (more like a motel) is very basic, but it had free parking ( a big plus in the downtown area) and was located only a little over a 5 minute walk to all the hopping nightlife of downtown San Jose - which was all I needed. The walk was safe, and even though the hotel was so close to downtown, it was still very quiet. And there is a coffee shop just a couple of doors down from the inn for morning coffee and a croissant or morning bun.

Room was really nice, clean and spacious. Loved the sitting area with desk and plantain shutters on all the windows instead of drapes. Front desk customer service was also fantastic. Will stay there again!

The hotel is located near the city centre, very clean and overall well kept considering it is a 2-star category. The manager in the lobby was very skilled and also funny, and had no trouble checking me in despite showing up more than an hour before check-in time. I will be back.

Nice and comfortable lodge like hotel. Nick was very professional and the customer service he provides is excellent. A coffee shop right next door and easy to get to freeway. Older hotel but is kept immaculate. We will stay there, again.

We stay at this property when attending events in the San Jose area. Never had a bad experience. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and it’s a pleasure to see Nick at the desk. He’s always friendly and willing to help with any question we have about things in the area.

Yes, everything was great! The property manager was so helpful with everything. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t have a car, but the parking lot on site was very nice and half of the spots were covered. We would definitely stay there again.
