Place is great but the only thing that I don't like is I just try to take the trash outside to the trash dumpster and it's closed and locked. They had me put it inside in a room called a trash room that is kind of disgusting isn't it I mean what is that? But very well I'm not the one that runs this PlacrSo I would suggest that you know that trash can't you know be kept outside but you know where the the rats and you know all the rodent stay or outside right You don't want them coming inside do you? Please forward to upper management or a corporate office that's what I would like to do but I'm going to a third party so I use a third party to do this for me thank you

Pros: 1/ staff was absolutely AMAZING! Every single one of them, from Alex, the manager, Veronica, the other lady, to the young gentlemen on the evening shift! They were fast to respond to resolving any issues whether inside the room or outside. I learned about them and from them, we had fun conversations about cultures and how much we have in common, and they loved my dogs just as my dogs loved them! It had become a daily ritual for my female dogs to say hi to them and get pets. 2/ good coffee, snacks to go (muffins, boiled eggs, yogurts, oatmeal, hot cacao packs, and different teas) every morning. The early morning staff had coffee and breakfast ready at 6am sharp! 3/ the deluxe studio with the couch and full kitchen and a large flatscreen TV with a good selection of program was nice. Plenty of room for my dogs to play while I cooked our meals. 4/ cooking ware was provided as complementary by the front desk, so I didn’t need to buy anything. 5/ VTA is 2-3 wall, and that was convenient for me as I had to go to work at 6:30am. It’s the green and blue lines. 6/ Close to Japantown via VTA (13 minutes) or walking (48 minutes). 7/ clean rooms and amazing housekeeping staff! THANK YOU!!! Cons: - many guests smoked marijuana inside the rooms and outside. When front desk was available, they did handle it. - the water was not clear at all. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you, Extended Stay team!

Everything seemed to be fine but I went up to the front desk to get a key because I couldn't get into my room and the desk worker said that he didnt know how to make one. Kind of weird right? The person person didn't like they workes here. The night before our toilet clogged and I had to get a plunger. The guy asked me espenol? I had to show him with an action of moving a fake one up and down. I'm white I don't speak spanish. The only person that look like they work here is thev manager and the maids. I didn't have my key to room the person I caretake for was sleeping and I had wake him up. I was come on you don't know how to make a key? But you can look us up in the system and for actually that's the right questions you know to verify that we're on the room but he does not make a key? Very unprofessional. My husband is a deep sleeper due his mental health meds. How was I supposed to get in the room? He woke thanfully and he let me in. I had the other key made later and Indian guy working at the front asked me for my ID and told me that's not you. He asked me my birthdate and gave me hard time. I told him but that's not nice to say to somebody that's already checked in and been here for A few days. It made me feel unconftetable

Bed was uncomfortable - too soft - it sagged. No box spring - just a mattress over a 1” mat. The breakfast was sparse - muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal but no bowls or milk. Yogurt 1 day then no yogurt the next day. And FYI - my rental truck was broken into at the front of the hotel entrance (in hotel parking lot). Found out 2 other cars were recently broken into in same parking lot the previous week. And of course - there are no video security cameras in the front parking lot.

Overall I give the place ten. However, the business is surrounding were somewhat of a I guess distraction, because I'd noticed him.And then to access it was kind of difficult at that light there coming in off of brokaw, but overall, as I said, I give it a complete tin.
