Nice location to stay at. Matrix Casino has many options for dinner and we enjoyed leisure walk to and from hotel. We ate Asian food and delicious.

Very nice property with a well landscaped pool area. Lots of places to relax. Only complaint is that the walls and floors are thin. Someone in a room above us was pacing back and forth at 1 in the morning. And it was loud! Get a room in an upper floor if you can.

Average but mgmt could do better

Convenient location if you drive. Food places around - pretty good. But the hotel turned off hot water and we didn’t have hot water for 2 days. Otherwise, clean, updated. First floor has patios. The mattress wasn’t bad. Free breakfast- good waffles.

Generally poor services.

Elevators did not work or were nonexistent. We stayed at the hotel due to free transportation to the airport but they don't go early enough for us to get checked in on time. They should leave earlier to accommodate those with early flights. TV had very few channels to watch and they were not the most entertaining ones we see at other hotels. Front desk was no help. Finally the phone in our room did not transmit my voice to the front desk personnel so I had to go all the way down there to talk with them.
