I actually would not be able to rate this stay as I was not able to stay at this property. While I received a confirmed reservation through Expedia, the hotel informed me after 8pm that they were fully booked. They did provide me a room at a sister property but it was over 15 miles away and resulted in an hour of additional traffic the next day. I do realize that there was an event going on in the area but that is the reason I paid an elevated premium rate for the location of this room. Disappointed that I was unable to rely on my confirmed reservation through Expedia.

It’s my second time there. Priscilla, the lady who runs the place during the day hours remembered me from the last time I was there. She was very helpful and got me in my room quickly. She was very considerate and made me feel at home. I ran into a few other staff members that were also very polite. I like the place the rooms are very cozy and everything worked plenty of hot water plenty of heat as the heater was in good working condition. There is a refrigertstor and microwave oven that work just fine plenty of fresh clean towels and linens it was just a great stay and a place where I’ll be going in the future.

Room was clean and comfy. Young lady checking us in was very friendly. Did see a needle on a landing coming down a stairway which was very concerning but didn't see anything sketchy during my stay.

NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER!!!

Check in at 3:00pm and was told problem with hot water and plumber is working on it, should be fix shortly. By 8:30pm there still no hot water for me to shower and was told it is not to fix until next morning. I had to check out to look for other hotel and got refund for only half price. I should get a full refund by either Uptown Oasis or Hotels.com

Decent place. Room was clean but bugs inside the bathroom ceiling light. The receptionist was friendly. Price was higher than expected. They had plumbing issues and no hot water on my first morning there. Was fixed afterwards.
