Adequate but no frills

Room was clean and fairly quiet, but plain. No comfortable place to sit apart from the bed. TV kept freezing up. Would have appreciated more coffee packets and fresh towels for day 2.

It was overall great stay. Just stayed one night to be close to the airport, and the proximity and shuttle (Lyft) to it were great. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Only complaint was the shower didn’t work, but the staff were helpful with that as well.

I would came back

The customer service was great ! But when I got there there was rat feces in the bed the counter and the bathroom so they came and cleaned and took the poop. The house keepers have great communication skills and very polite good service overall.

The untold charges were uncalled for and I didn't even get in room before they told me 200 incidental and 100 late check in I didn't get there till 2 am and I was only paying 150 for the room. This is insane

The bed was very comfy. The pool area was 6 shower needed updating. There were gaps in the door. I could see the sun shining through 3 sides. It made it seem like it wasn't very secure.
