I have been a loyal guest for several
years, staying at your hotels multiple times annually, including your sister property just last month. However, this most recent experience was, without question, the worst I have ever had with your brand.
From the moment of check-in, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior- a complete lack of hospitality.
When I reached my roon, there was garbage and food waste outside the door, being rummaged through by squirrels. This was not only unsightly but unsanitary. Ironically, I had just been told by the manager that housekeeping was "doing a phenomenal job." That could not have been further from the truth.
That first night, the air conditioning in our room was broken. Move to a new room but AC still broken.
This stay was an absolute disaster. I paid for a comfortable and professional hotel experience but instead, I endured broken amenities, noise disturbances, poor cleanliness, and a total lack of customer service. It is unacceptable that no one on property or afterward took ownership of these failures.
Parties were thrown 10/30+10/31 the noise had us up all night, nothing was done. The manager, Mark was supposed to call me- NEVER did.
