This is an amazing hotel. Rooms are super clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel is super beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Our car was broken into and no one seemed to take it serious with an incident report or want to exam lot ctv to see who it might have been and how they got in. Also, front desk staff needs training on greeting and check-out as no one asked me how my stay was and the first impression at check-in was stale and unremarkable. This was my 3rd time here and about the worst for staff that cares and is motivated. I used to work in hospitality so know a thing or two about simple intake and departures for guests who are paying a premium for an alleged VIP hotel .This time they are just average.

High-end Resort

An exceptional resort! Incredibly beautiful and well thought out. High-end and worth it! Relaxing and totally zen. Professional staff and the cleanliness was beyond superior. Peacful and a must stay while in Paso.

One of the sinks were broken and couldn't use it. Staff needed a lot of hand holding to answer questions! Upon our arrival at 10pm, they scared us by telling us our check in is for the next day! They figured it out after I showed them our Expedia reservation but was not cool!
