When checking in the clerk was trying to make me pay a $15 fee. For who knows what? I told him I payed online and I wasn't paying more and that he should have included that in the online information. The shower drain didn't drain so had to shower with having to continuously shut off the water. The water somehow leaked all over the bathroom floor. Had to finish showering in another room. One star for the heater working good.

I only gave it 1 star cause i had to, and negative stars arent an option.... this place sucks. The towels were stained, the heater didnt work, the beds made an immense amount of noise with the most minimal movement, the cable only gets lame channels that no one would want to watch, there isnt even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom!! Not to mention they advertise that the pet fee is $25 but then its posted in the office that its $30 but then charged me $40! And its PER NIGHT even if you stay multiple days in the same room and dont receive a cleaning service during that stay. Completely ridiculous! I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone for any reason.

Terrible hotel. Tried to check-in at 9:30pm, but the office was locked and no one was there. Rang, called, knocked - no luck! So we had to get another hotel. The next morning we came and spoke with a person at the desk who said that they'd refund no problem. Now they are refusing to refund as "it is impossible to not be able to check-in, as our office is staffed during that time". Well, I have a video that it wasn't.

I'm appalled at what a scam this place was. We did not have a shower curtain or a mirror in the room. The pictures are false advertisement. I will NEVER stay here again!! The rooms smelled of urine and just totally disgusting.

We double booked rooms on accident and the staff wouldn’t work with us on taking one of the rooms off(I get that is our fault) but then our room was FILTHY, the bathtub backed up without a drain plug in it, the spout blew off the wall from water pressure, the bed was broken, had big box of trash in the room, all the screens on the windows were ripped allowing bugs to fly into the room if you had the windows open to enjoy the beach weather. Terrible experience.

They have been updating the room since we were there last, the sleeping area was definitely updated, new beds and flooring. The restroom lacked any updates, rotting base boards, bathtub took forever to drain and the faucet came off and shot across the tub. I'm hoping they complete the upgrades soon.

This property shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia, it is absolutely unacceptable. It was filthy and I ended up not staying there and was unable to get a refund. My advice for everyone is do not stay here! I will be reporting them to the health department
