It was a really nice place. Conveniently located around stores and shopping. Really good breakfast. Only thing was our restroom wasn’t flushing. I called in the morning to get it fix. Went to the counter to ask the second time while grabbing breakfast. Within three hours of no one to come service our room our bathtub was full of poop water almost to the rim. We found out our whole roll of rooms were having the same problem. Here I am blaming my husband for plugging up the toilet when he told me it wasn’t him. lol. Overal, it was a nice place other than our restroom problem.

We have stayed here many times, but unfortunately this was not a good experience. The water throughout the building went down for a time, and then our AC made a loud noise whenever it turned on. I'm also not happy that they are now charging for parking, even though it is on a large public unguarded and uncovered lot as part of a shopping mall; there is no particular area that indicated it is for Embassy guests only.

Disappointed

In the last few months, I have stayed at many different Hilton hotels. I was looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, the stains on the sofa, the filthy vent in the shower, the sticky handles on the closet and the room needs an update. I didn’t check into the room until later in the day, due to circumstances beyond my control. And after a long day, I certainly did not want to stay in a dingy dirty room, especially considering what I paid. I will be traveling again to San Luis Obispo many more times over the next 2 years, but I will not stay there again. Also, the wait times to refill items at the breakfast buffet was to the point, where I stopped waiting…whether it was waiting for bacon, sausage or even oatmeal. I wasn’t the only one who was tired of waiting and walked away.
