We were very disappointed with the stay because of the entire pool area being closed for service. We chose this hotel based on the pool and jacuzzi and were shocked to find it was closed. The front desk told me that they told Expedia is was closed or not in service however on Expedia website it states the indoor pool is open. I feel we should get a refund from Expedia for our stay because it was false advertising and deceptive to list pool as an amenity when it had been closed for repair. Expedia was notified by the Hampton inn but did not remove pool from the list of hotel features. Hilton Hampton inn states they notified the company Expedia. We would not have stayed here if we had known there was no pool. We feel Expedia should refund us for our stay due to their false advertising. Our family is disappointed with our stay here and feels that we should be refunded due to this issue. Hampton inn employee told us that it states pool closed on their website. Expedia needs to have all updated information for customers to make a good choice for their vacation. False advertising and misleading information. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool! Will never use Expedia again.
