Really loved the location! Walking distance to pier and local restaurants. Lovely decor and staff! The outside sitting area with propane, fire pits have a beautiful ocean front view. Also offered complementary beach, chairs and towels during our stay, which I thought was a huge bonus being out of town. Nice refrigerator in the room. The only thing I would change is having an extra blanket in the closet.

Walls were super thin (I feel like you can hear everything going on in the next room), the first room we got smelt really bad and there was still dirt and dusk here and there, luckily the front desk was able to check us into another room on the second level and it was ok, I feel like for what I paid for it wasn’t the best.

My stay at Sandcastle was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Access to the beach is very close and convenient. Our interaction with the staff at check in was great. Although pricey, I'd definitely stay here again. I'd also recommend this place for families.

Overall pretty good

The place was clean and well maintained. Great location right on the beach and short walk to the pier. Rooms were partially cleaned daily. Just a few minor things weren't completed during cleaning (restocking cups, switching out bag in ice bucket). Only real negative for the hotel was the "resturaunt/bar". Didn't have most food items or alcohol for the drinks.

The hotel overall was great, but may need some TLC. The $30 a day parking wasn’t communicated at the time of reservation and was a surprise and a bit of a stretch.

We had a great stay. I didnt rate as 'excellent' because the hotel does have some signs of age and they charged $30/day for parking, but the hotel was clean, friendly, and had a great patio with decent food and drink options.
