We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and easy. The hotel’s location is great — it’s within walking distance of the zoo and surrounded by plenty of dining options, which was super convenient. Our room was on the top floor and was clean, spacious, and equipped with a fridge and microwave — a nice touch. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as we’d have liked. Breakfast over the weekend included biscuits with gravy, a vegetable omelet, and a cheese omelet. The food was good, though I would’ve loved to see some bacon or sausage as well. Despite the minor issues, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I had terrible experience at check in with rude and unprofessional staff (Daren) while the other agent was great. When I brought this concern to the manager (Adriana) she was very indifferent and acted as if nothing has happened. I can't understand how a hospitality business would have people like these represent it!

Cleaning crew and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive and clean hotel, and a short ride to the disney parks. There's also a small market around the corner from the hotel that sells delicious carnitas and tortas. Bari's pizza is in the same plaza and is also delicious.
