Great staff. Restaurant and bar were wonderful. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were cozy, nice balconies for relaxing. Close to main roadway, but secluded from seeing it, so you feel tucked away. A short drive from restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions. Close enough for a day trip getaway to the wine country.

Not a great stay to say the least. Room was so outdated and walls were dirty. Bathroom wall had speckle falling off with mold behind it. Remote control did not work and one of the outlets did not work. Room had terrible musky smell when I arrived. Less than basic accommodations at a price too high for what the room is worth.

The room wasc very clean, balcony view was excellent! Very quiet for our Friday and Saturday night stay. Especially pleased with the excellent in-hotel "Crocodile" restaurant wherec menu options were flavorful and and reasonably priced. One of the best hotel restaurants I have experienced,

Parking area was a little sketchy. Staff was good. Pretty property. Room was a little shabby - drapes were old and in disrepair as was shower curtain. But was clean. I was over charged at desk.

Parking area seems relatively safe. Upon arrival, there was no available poolside room of which of which I purchased on your site. I was given an upstairs room and told that I would be able to move to a poolside room the following day. This took until 3 PM to resolve the following day to resolve.. I was also charged an extra $325. For my upstairs stay.

Our stay at the Lemon Tree Inn was very pleasant. We enjoyed dinner at the Crocodile restaurant and then hung out at one of the two fire pits until we got tired. There were two issues, however: 1) The water from the tap tastes terrible. Bring your own bottled water. 2) The guests in the room below us were playing music VERY loudly at 11:15 p.m. on a Saturday night and the front desk was not able to help us. The young woman there said that the room was not answering her calls and since she was the only person on duty, she could not go to knock on the offending room door herself. I stomped around loudly for a few minutes and eventually the music got softer.
