Our weekend stay at the Lemon Tree

Unfortunately when we arrived, I stumbled upon a pair of ladies panty’s on top of a shelf so I threw it in the trash and notified the front desk and the employee at the desk said no housekeeping was available so they would pick up the trash on Saturday. After fully unpacking, I found that the tv wouldn’t turn on so I called the front desk again and she sent a maintenance worker to fix the issue. (Outlet was shorted out) Location was great and the room was very comfortable.

This is a nice quaint old hotel. I love the layout where the courtyard in the middle has big trees, grassy mounds, and tables outside your back door of your room. Another bonus was having a delicious restaurant on site.

Room could use some TLC. Toilet was loose from the wall. Bed was too soft. Property was pretty. Restaurant on site was very good. Good food and good service. Disappointed Tiki bar on site wasn’t open.

Pretty grounds, actually has lemon trees. Love that we had a balcony and could open the doors at night and have a nice SB breeze. However there was a very bright misdirected light shining into our room. I asked to have it corrected in the morning but it was not addressed. The location is not great, near east Roque- nothing up there, so have to drive for everything. Nice stay, but mostly because of location, likely wouldn’t stay again. I would try the orange tree sister location.

Worn down rooms

Location is decent, but hotel rooms are old and very worn, with lots of stains. Cleaning could be better.
