Spacious room and comfy bed.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Room was very nice and bed was super comfortable. Not a ton near by, but there are a couple convenient stores and a restaurant very close. I stayed here for a concert at the bowl and wasn’t a bad walk, not short but not long either, took 45 minutes at an easy pace. Will probably stay here next time I go to the bowl.

The floors were pretty dirty and it was pretty basic amenities for the price. The safe didn’t seem to work for example. And the headboard looked scratched or dirty. Seemed overpriced but it had most everything you needed. I guess it’s an expensive area so there must be a premium on that. We enjoyed the pool and the big room and back patio. We also found it conveniently located next to a sandwich spot and a bike rental to get to the main drag for shopping and to visit the boardwalk.

Giants walking above you

Hotel is in a good location for walking shopping, food, attractions and quickly accessible to the 101. Unfortunately I was placed on the 1st floor and it was so loud! The gate to pool sticks and I had alot of trouble especially getting out. I have a huge bruise on my arm. If you stay here don't stay in 105 definitely request 2nd floor room.

It was a short and sweet stay. Orlando the manager was beyond helpful and so kind. Perfect for our strike to visit our son. Close to many restaurants beaches etc!

Pretty nice, Americana feel, definitely old, but very well maintained. The bathroom floor was slate so my feet were all black and I thought it was dirty but the floor is just like that. Very safe. Basic but … Excellent value for very expensive Santa Barbara.

The room was cozy and very clean. They also let us check in a few hours early which was very nice. The hotel is a walk from the main part of State Street, which was a perfect location for our stay. Will definitely try to book this spot for a SB weekend in the future!

The room was nothing fancy but it was cute. Vaulted ceilings . I had a patio too. 7-11 was a few doors down for anything you forgot. I took the bus (stop across the street) to downtown plus.$1.75 is cheaper than ride share. I would stay here again.

The property manager was very helpful and courteous. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The parking is sufficient and located right outside your room. Good walking neighborhood if you like walking. Gas station right across the street. Easy drive (or long walk) to Mission Santa Barbara and shopping area on State St. Best of all, very clean and quiet room.
