It’s very good. It’s my go to place when I’m in Santa Barbara. I stay here many times. It has a nice swimming pool Jacuzzi, which would be great during the summer.

the dining in the area is great weather Denny's Chik Filet or the hidden gems like Chucks Hawaiian or Tee-Off or the mall is easy to get to rooms are a little dated but very affordable and safe breakfast does the job

Great find for SB on upper State Street

Stayed at this hotel many times. Excellent location, clean, breakfast provided. The only negative this time around was intermitted/slow internet connection. Not sure why, it was impossible to have a good signal which made it inconvenient. Last year we stayed here and the connect was perfectly fine. Thanks

The entrance from State Street is tricky as it is narrow, and the sidewalk can be busy. The bumps to slow down the cars on the way to the entrance and in the parking lot are too high and rattle the cars.
