Service was outstanding, staff was excellent, weight. Staff in dining room was very good. I understand the hotel changed owners recently. Upgrades they need in the room I was in the shower surround needs to be replaced. The bed was too soft, the bottom fitted sheet is the wrong size for the mattress. It does not stay, smooth and sleek. I didn’t appreciate the nightly rate and felt it was exorbitant. I do understand it was graduation week. I would like to know if the rate would have been different had I booked directly with the hotel. The person who made my reservation used hotels.com.

We always stay here when in town. Hotel is always clean, nice staff and comfy beds. This time we have has the worst neighbors up and down the hall and slamming doors since 6am. People are so inconsiderate of others its crazy.

Rooms are very neat and clean. They have hot water and tea or coffee 24/7. I loved their breakfast and I noticed that the hotel really cared about keeping guests satisfied and well-fed during breakfast — they made sure to refill the food containers even before they were empty.
