Family Stay

Our family took a trip to Santa Cruz for a get a way. The Hyatt was wonderful for all of us. Staff was very nice and helpful, Pool and hot tub were clean, the kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and even had something for my picky eater. Our room was large and very clean. Vallet very convenient. Santa Cruz Hyatt Place was perfect for our family get a way, we will be returning in the future.

Only thing I did not like was when my tv wasnโ€™t working I asked if someone could fix it the guy that knocked on the door didnโ€™t speak any English also the next day i ran out of toilet paper a different guy came to the door and also did not speak English if they are going to hire people that donโ€™t speak a word of English at least make the investment to send them to school to learn

Valet parking is separate about $20. Rooms didn't have even a microwave. Breakfast was good but the refill pace was slow. Overall ok if you are by yourself, with family and kids I recommend to find something better. Cost was affordable.
