This was a beautiful hotel. It really exceeded my expectations. Three of us stayed in a room with two queen beds and it was perfect. Loved the access to the pool.

All staff members were super friendly. We arrived early and were going to check our bags but the staff member looked and said there was a room available for us. The only thing we had issues with was the TV didn’t work when we arrived back to our room in the evening after 11pm. But it did work earlier in the day and the next morning.

Was forced to pay for a destination fee per day for $42 USD for service I don’t use for. Noise from halway and adjoining I middles of night. Woken up by loud noise at 2.44am.

The hotel is beautiful and the employees are super friendly. They do automatically add an 18% onto your bill for dining. Los Angles has defiantly become full of closed down stores, no police anywhere, the smell of urine on the sidewalks, empty stores that once attracted large amounts of tourists. I will not be returning to California ever again.

My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. There was a little table with a booth like wrap around seating. Never seen that but enjoyed it. The pool was awesome. Drinks and food at the pool, at the bar downstairs, at the restaurant inside, all delicious. I have never felt more taken care of and welcomed in a hotel like I did in the W. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you W Hollywood.

My wife and I came to the W to celebrate my 1 year recovery from brain surgery & return to work. We intentionally booked a room so we could have a nice dinner locally and not have to drive home. We planned to make a pool day of it the second day. However, the entire pool area was bought out, and the staff asked us to move as they took our seats. We were offered a refund of our destination fee - which we had already been refunded due to being Expedia members. Incredibly disappointed in the poor communication and ruining such a special celebration we planned.
