Hotel is good. The lobby and restaurants are great. Super convenient to convention center. The gym could have more equipment and be bigger. It was packed when we were there. Our first room had a shower that didn’t work so they had to move us. Great area and walking distance to just about anything you need. The rooms are a little small in my opinion but knew that beforehand based on sq ft.

My partner love the room alot especially the balcony.. the only thing is that housekeeping left behind dirty towels and the shower caps with hair in the bathroom. I don't complain because unfortunately we had to check out Saturday due to a family emergency

Conveniently located for the congress centre and gaslamp quarter. The rooms are very tired looking. I was also charged $40/day for an access pass that I only noticed on reviewing the emailed bill after leaving. I have no idea what this was for. I also noticed that i was entitled to 2 beverages/day, I only knew when reviewing the app to try to discover what the extra charge was for.

Very nice place to stay! Very friendly staff! Very clean and easy check in and check out process. Parking is 65$ vallet only at the hotel. But a parking garage about a half a block (3 min walk) is only 15$ overnight parking! I will definitely stay there again when I come back to San Diego!

It was a nice experience for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was a bit pricey but there’s a parking structure across the street.
