Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. 24 hour desk was convenient for our 11pm arrival. Sadly the grab&go breakfast was pretty skimpy. Maybe add some fruit- apples or bananas. The bathroom had no stocked shampoo or lotion- a sign said it was available on request at the desk but it is inconvenient to have to dress and go downstairs for shampoo before morning shower!

It was a good experience. Overall everything was fine.I didn’t know you had to ask for dishes until I saw the information in the room. Wish I would have known earlier so I could have had my food on a plate. Suggestion: maybe front desk could mention it to guests when one checks in as to the availability of what they have.
