Clean and Spacious

Very spacious, two wash hand basin in bathroom with separate shower and tub. Free/ Complimentary happy hour. Very clean and friendly staff. The name Grand Hotel supersedes the premises.

Corporate and manager do not respond to complaints

We have stayed in this hotel for numerous occasions. I must say the last experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Someone hosted a party next to us and kept us all home most of the night. I am rethinking to ever stay there again. Asked for compensation, sent numerous emails, no response.

A very good value for the money. Lots of little extra thing's made for a very pleasant stay. The only problem was I brought my swim trunks but the pool was not heated, not a deal breaker.
