Wonderful reception staff. Room was tiny & had a heavy self closing door to a small cramped bathroom. Window looked on an ugly wall. At $340 for one night it is way overpriced for what it is but Sydney was heavily booked & all hotels were thieving from customers. I’d book again at &140 as it was a quiet room & adequate for sleeping. Bed was comfy.

Pleasant hotel but air conditioning is very noisy and cannot be turned off or fan speed reduced in the room. Included breakfast snacks, coffee and fresh fruit very appreciated.

Location is nice and felt safe around the area. Very professional staff. Hair dryer was unfortunately not working properly. Took it to front desk to replace. Katia made sure the new one she gave me work properly before hand it out. Very mindful. Easy check in and out. Will visit again next time!
