The room was small but good - had everything I would expect for a place like this. Bed was very comfy and a good shower. My room however was extremely noisey - both traffic and the stairwell. I booked the place to get some sleep while on a long transit but couldn't really sleep at all due to the noise. Trucks all night and then people bouncing their suitcases down the stairs all hours of the night. I suspect not all rooms are like this - mine was 101 - I would ask to not have this one. The rest of the place was good and it was just a 30 minute walk from the International Terminal, longer to domestic.

The room was very small but the most uncomfortable thing about the stay was no sleep between hearing the water running through the pipes and hearing everything from every other person staying there. Will never book there again and would not recommend unless you don’t like sleeping

What a weird little place. Toilet in the middle of the room! Long dark hairs found in the shower. Apart from the noise, a comfy bed and reasonable tarriff. Not on my return list.

When i arrived at 10pm there was nobody at the front desk. they do a mailbox key drop, but people where holding the door open for other people to get in so clearly unsafe. I took my bag to my room UP IN THE ROOF. AC wasn't working properly the room is stained in several places, when i opened the door there were many cockroaches 2 running, 1 on the door another big one on the bed.. the space between the door and floor allows them to enter freely. I went downstairs called security, asked to be switched to another room, he said i could file a complaint. i did my report with expedia they took 3 days to resolve and resolution was that it wasnt approved. all acharges applied, no solution at all.

The bedding, room and amenities were pleasantly basic but acceptable. I booked this accommodation for myself (single mother) and 2 children to stay after a late night flight into Sydney. Another mother and child from the same flight did the same. We now know, this place is anything BUT an airport hotel. More like a dive for the local lowlives. In retrospect, the complimentary earplugs, non-refundable booking and bad reviews should have alerted me that something was wrong here. I’ll never make that mistake again. After a late flight, we were kept awake much later into the night with loud noises from other ‘guests’ and woken before dawn with the same. Disgusting language, shouting, loud TV, cigarette smoke, doors slamming. We felt unsafe and totally exhausted from lack of sleep. Unfortunately I also pre-booked a night for our return flight, which I now know is nonrefundable and forced to repeat. It was also a $30 uber ride to get there - and I wish we had have kept driving. Way overpriced and NOT recommended.

Unacceptable

The so called ensuite bathroom was actually in the same room. You could sit on the toilet and almost touch the bed. The room was unclean, there was dust and dirt everywhere and there was a bug on the bed. The noise from the road was that bad I thought the window was open. I didn't stay, it was terrible.

The hotel is okay but the room is too small can’t hardly move its good for backpackers..not recommended if you have luggages coz there’s no uber ride can pick you up to the hotel you need to walk carrying your stuffs for more or less 500metres.very noisy you can hear the noise from the next room can even hear the snores.

The place stank of smoke, lots of people on drugs, sitting up all night talking in the common area, we did not get one wink of sleep. Felt very unsafe. The place was tiny and very uncomfortable. For the price it was beyond disapointing.

I didn't realize I had reserved a room in a 2 start hotel until I got there. Staff was very nice! However, it was a place flop but not much more. The air conditioner dripped on the floor (we had to move the bed so it didn't drip on me) all night. There was fake turf on the wall and all I could think of was all the spiders and cockroaches that might be hanging out it.

It was extremely loud with tonnes of road noise. I could barely sleep with the noise. No lift so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. No food around and minimal options there. Room was clean though and bed was comfortable.
