Get what you pay for isn't much in Sydne

Good price for Sydney but still expensive without daily servicing and poor cleaning from previous occupant. Large amounts of their hair were left on the carpet. The main lift went out of service. Thankfully there was a second one but I'm not convinced they took my reporting the incident seriously. And no men's toiletry kit available with a razor. Yeah, you get what you pay for which for Sydney was reasonable. But still bloody expensive

Old property, but fit for purpose. The area is great! Can walk down to Elizabeth Bay quite easily. Plenty of food and shops around. That Saturday organic market down the street is very good.

The property is in a great location near shops, transport, bars, restaurants. The staff are polite and friendly. The property is in dire need of cleaning and refurbishment. Housekeeping only cleans rooms after you have departed.Not a place for germaphobes. The foyer is filthy.

Good location in Sydney

The hotel was conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens, Opera House and Bridge. Also not far from the cruise terminal. The staff were extremely helpful, printing our luggage tags, ordering a taxi and helping us out (there is a short flight of stairs to access the lobby)

Very nice attendant explained I'd been upgraded, not sure from what as room was tiny & decrepit, as is the whole building. Cheap & well located, and none of the roaming or screaming drunks stole my luggage 😀

Great value for the money.

Nothing fancy but the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, everything worked that needed to work and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was refreshingly reasonable in horrendously expensive Sydney.

Hotel needs a total update , saying that the room was comfortable and beds were comfy and air conditioning was good. Reception staff cluld do with a lesson on social skills , no pleasantries exchanged whatsover . Not a bad location

Older hotel in a quiet, ( excluding noisy birds) neighbourhood and easy to walk to CBD or catch a train. Lots of great coffee locations steps away
