We always enjoy our stay at the Hills Lodge as the rooms are very well appointed, the staff are friendly and the surrounding gardens are well maintained. The position on a main road is the only downside

Staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, all staff I encountered were happy and obliging. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but I would have liked a bit more lighting as I found the room a bit dark. Apart from that, couldn't fault the property. Will definitely stay again in the future, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for one night and had some lovely food in the restaurant and a great night's sleep. Great value for the price we paid. Regretted not going for the breakfast buffet for $25

All around a lovely place, but there's a few things you can improve. We arrive at the hotel after 9pm from a conference and couldn't order room service, since the restaurant close early, maybe something you should consider. Also was not lights around the property at the entrance to our room and we are on our seventies and wasn't that save for us, and due to my mobility was closer for us to go through the back as it was few steps to the room, but we love the place and planning to go back, will be good to see improvements on our return.

Disappointed

Thermostat not working in room, no breakfast menu in room to order overnight, 2 single beds pushed together rather than king mattress. Room service dinner was delicious.
