Beautiful clean room, modern and spacious & bright. Free parking on site, and comes with free buffet breakfast with great variety of hot and cold food. What a nice place to stay and such a pleasant surprise on the busy Pacific Highway and the room is so quiet. I will definitely come back anytime.

While it was convenient having free parking, the bathroom fan was very noisy, as it was when we last stayed here 3 years ago. In addition the wifi was very faint so could not be used. Even the bars on our mobile phones, after resorting to mobile data, were only 1 or 2 bars. While the restaurant provided an adequate buffet breakfast, the “hot” food was only luke warm, perhaps having been turned off too soon.

I booked this place for my elderly mum to stay for one night while visiting in Sydney.. The room was great, modern, clean, king sized bed, good air con and big tv. She enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The only issue was there are no lifts, so getting up and down the stairs was difficult for her, but the staff were good and helped her with her suitcase. Next time I would just need to request a ground floor room for her. Overall, a great little hotel and would definitely book again.

The staff were great but the balcony room on 202, has the ranch slider not shut properly with many gaps at the bottom. Allowing many bugs and gnats to fly in throughout the night. Wouldnt return because of this unfortunately. Rest was amazing

Our third time staying. Is a family run establishment with staff who care about their roles and their customers. Pricing is hard to beat. We also love the restaurant.

The room was clean, a good size & beds very comfortable but we found it stuffy at night as we couldn’t leave either the bathroom window or glass sliding door on balcony open as there were no screens on them & mosquitoes were prevalent at times. The restaurant was also disappointing as it was unexpectedly closed the night of our arrival despite being advertised as open and then I discovered a piece of metal in my scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Lovely, light-filled room with a balcony overlooking trees. Despite the proximity to the highway (which is also very handy) the sound of frog calls and bird life is still present. Had an issue with the TV which was fixed promptly by polite staff. Only negative was the restaurant wasn't open when I needed dinner, despite being within the listed hours. But good rates for a comfortable stay. Will definitely return.

Such great value for money. The hot buffet breakfast was an unexpected bonus and really lifted the whole stay. I highly recommend it as a comfortable, affordable option just outside the city.
