The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the room helps you to set yourself up well if you are staying for a few days.
Bread and pastries at breakfast are dry and hard. You get the impression that they are stale even if they are not.

We loved the restaurant , free buffet brekkie was great . Steak and salmon for dinner were both great . Staff were absolutely lovely . Only 800m to train into city.
Killara is a little dated in some areas , but the staff and food made the couple of little issues we had seem insignificant. Would stay there again

Why did they change the towels everyday, only there 3 nights could live with same towels, would save on laundry and washing costs, also no "Do not disturb signs"
Have travelled extensively and the towel change as never been an issue if staying for less than 5 days
We liked the convenience, friendly staff, cleanliness, easy parking, dining options etc.
What would be better is if a lift is installed to help older guests to the upper levels particularly when carrying heavy bags.

Staff are exceptionally polite courteous and warm. The gentleman at the front desk carried my bag up the stairs then later when I left, into the boot.
Breakfast was delicious. Room big clean comfortable modern.
