Great location. Room was nice and clean. Liked the glass bricks. Bath mat wouldn’t fit under shower door so it had to be placed further away. Water also leaked from shower onto bathroom floor. Otherwise, nice hotel.

A great location. Staff were so helpful. A special shout out to Dylan who was fantastic to deal with. Despite being on busy Oxford Street the hotel was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

The room was tidy, though there was a noticeable build up of dust on the lamps and tables. The check in experience was very difficult. I rang the doorbell with no response and only got inside when another guest was leaving. After that, I waited about twenty minutes before anyone appeared. There was no bell or instruction at the desk, and even after calling multiple times no one came. After checking out, I returned briefly after grabbing a coffee and had the same issue. I pressed the doorbell but was not let in, and ended up standing outside in the cold and rain for fifteen minutes while waiting for my ride. The staff member at the desk saw me, I waved, and he still didn’t let me in. For a hotel, being able to enter safely and freely is important, and the whole experience felt unwelcome and unsafe.

This may just be my new favourite hotel. The location is excellent, room was and spotless and the staff are lovely. It's near a main bus route to get you to the city easily, lots of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. I will definitely stay here again, I loved it.
