Construction work occuring within the building, woke me and my partner up before 8am everyday- no notification of this, we wouldn't have booked if we knew, toilet was constantly flushing by itself, safe wasn't operational, found and killed 2 cockroaches in our room and false fire alarm wasted an hour of our morning and made us late for a booking. Photos of the accommodation are deceptive, in person it is very dated. Mattress is a terrible old spring mattress that should have been replaced a decade ago.

Concierge staff was great. Room was average. , my room was on a roof top and I could hear a humming all night and people showering at 2:30 am from another room. Water pressure very average and disappointed that for what I was paying not even complimentary water

The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot.

My first room had an innerspring mattress that should have been replaced 20 years ago. No support and constant creaking with any movement. I ended up with two sore hips and a sore back. There was a very old window based air conditioner that rattled all night. I asked for, and was given, another room the next day with a reasonable mattress and entirely different furniture. Unfortunately the new reverse cycle airconditioner on the wall started to drip loudly on the floor. I tried to change the settings on the remote but to no avail. I had to put the bathroom towels on the floor to try to stop the carpet from getting wet. I tried to sleep with the drip drip drip. I even tried turning it off but the room got too warm.

Everything! Amazing room, amazing view and service. Parking can be tricky but easily navigated. Location is great. Busy area but couldn’t hear any street noise from the room. Will definitely be staying again. 10/10!
