Check-in was good. When i walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes. Room needed vacuuming. Sofa bed only had a piece of cloth, needed sheets. The hot tub jacuzzi wasn't warming up and they didn't have a sign or let me know when i checked-in.

Pool and hot tub were closed. Not even chairs to sit outside in pool area. Plumbing was ridiculously noisy. Woke up when anyone flushed or showered. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
