Excellent property. Not cheap but value for money

TLDR: Recommended. 2 rooms, one Saturday night stay. Helpful, friendly staff without exception. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Newish with minor wear and tear. Bathroom spotless and generously stocked with linens. Kitchenette not used but was very clean and looked to be completely functional. Free breakfast was very good. Staff worked hard restocking to keep up with heavy demand with only short waits for freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Cost for a single Saturday night stay was high at all nearby properties; H2S was in the middle of the pack on price but at the top for amenities and, I reckon, for service and quality. Well done.

I stayed here a few years back and then it was 5 star all around. I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Service, staff and friendliness luckily still remains a 5 star.
