Property is close to town, nicely located for walking. Inside of room leaves much to be desired. faculties and door stops had rust all over them. towel rack fell down when touched, smelled musty. overall not worth the value

Great location, terrible beds

Old motel and very basic, but quite clean and in generally good condition overall. Location can’t be beat, right in the middle of the Temecula Old Town area, and it is markedly less expensive than other options in the area. Also the room was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the freeway. Staff was also friendly and polite. The only major downside was that the bed was easily the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. They seriously need to replace the beds.

Great budget stay. However, if you want to sleep on Friday and Saturday night, bring ear plugs because the Bailey's bar across the street has a disco and you can hear it from the rooms and at 2:15 a.m. all partiers yelling after partying at Bailey's. This is a great place to stay. If you want a party at Bailey's you can walk across the street. The hotel should provide earplugs I asked they didn't have any

Location wise is great, very convenient! You can literally walk throughout the town, Pechanga Casino is about a 5-7 minute drive. My biggest issue was the bed; very old and noisy. We stayed on the ground floor, I could hear people from upstairs having sex because of the constant rhythmic noise. Too noisy, even as you sat on the bed would make a lot of noises. Location is GREAT like I said not so fond about the entire furniture.

This hotel is conveniently located in Old Town Temecula. The non-smoking room had a very distinct smell - it smelled old and musty. The AC would turn off automatically after 3 to 4 minutes. The bed and restroom were clean but it’s hard to appreciate these things with a musty smell. Our mattress was old it just had several indentations (this along with no AC is what I think contributes to the old smell). If you’re planing to hangout in old town Temecula and spend almost no time in the room, then perhaps this is a good option. The price is affordable and it’s close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Staff ok , the Room was way different that what it shows on the website. Shower had too low even me 5'4" had to bend a little to get water over my head imagen my husband 6'2" plus the walls in the shower had hairs from the previous guest floors were dirty I took my shoes off walk on my white socks and basically clean the floors.

Could be great

The location is perfect,the amenities are good. But the condition of our room was terrible! The bathroom door handle fell off 3 times. The walls and doors appeared to have been repaired by a 3 year old with a trowel!
