On the positive side it is a very nice facility and they give you free tastings at their Ponte and Bottia tasting rooms. The big negative for us was our rooms patio door faced the pool facility which for some reason has music playing from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We could hear it in our room over the TV and even worse was the vibration from the incessant thumping bass notes. We called the front desk several times and it never got addressed. For the second night we moved to a room in the other side of the building. We were surprised that they never apologized or even acknowledged our being inconvenienced. The second room had some issues with the heating/cooling system with the heat coming on in the middle of the night and turning the room into a sauna. All in all a mixed bag of good and bad.

The views from our 2nd story room were amazing - we overlooked the vineyard, tasting room and restaurant. It property was quiet and the rooms were clean and updated!

This is one of our favorite places to stay, and we go back every so often. The rooms and grounds are great, and the staff courteous. It's right in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, and so there are lots of other great places to visit, but we also particularly like what they have onsite: the Cellar Bar and Bouquest Restaurant are places we always go back to.

This is by far the best place to stay in Temecula wine country. We lived in Temecula for one year, found this gem and -- since moving away -- we make a point to come back at least a few times per year. It is a stunning property with excellent restaurants for breakfast. We typically make dinner reservations elsewhere, but - overall - this is a wonderful spot for couples or families who want to get a real "wine country" experience. Highly recommend!
