The room was fantastic, the pool was very clean and relaxing. One thing to note is that before traveling I called to ask if we could bring in food, she said yes but no glass, so I asked are drinks also allowed and was told yes, so we brought food and drinks and then were told they were not allowed. Yes it was clearly posted on the gate, but they need to make sure the staff at the desk also knows what is allowed and not. Also, the food at the pool and Canyon grill could really use an update. That all said we will definitely come back, totally good value for what we paid.

It was very good. Room was clean. Mountainous area so it felt like room was under ground but it kind of wasn't. Rough check in because of the construction but everyone else at the property was very nice and polite. Great property, would definitely come back.

The whole reason we chose this resort was for the heated pools to 80 degrees as per their advertising and the jetted bathtub. The pool was freezing. Our bathtub was dirty we had to have someone come clean it at 8pm. We spent $112 for dinner. The waitresses were complaining about how many tables they had in front of customers. I would not recommend this resort to anyone on the future. Highly disappointed for paying $500 for 2 nights. I'd rather go somewhere else.

My Grandkids love hotels and resorts. We celebrated our 6 year old Gson’s birthday. They had a grand time. We will be scheduling the soon to be 9 y/o’s bday at your facility. Staff, service and facilities were all good. We will certainly check to make sure construction is over. We want to enjoy all amenities. One thing, we arrived later and ordered food. We ordered several things, one being a “shrimp poboy!” No, nope, no way! $25 went in the trash! We are from New Orleans and what was served and on a BUN, was NOT a po-boy! Po-boys are made on French bread, or French baguette. Still, that will not twart the fact that we will be back and will bring items to make our own po-boys! See ya later and thank you! P.S. The Villas are very spacious!

We loved the place and the staff. Since we first walked into the room, they were checking on us if everything was ok. Kids loved the pools and rec centers. Only thing was difficult to get a hold of house keeping staff to get more towels and trash bags.
