Clean room, basic facilities but perfect for early flight from airport

Hotel was ideal for a short visit to the NEC. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast good quality and choice. Will definitely stay here again.

The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The room was decent enough but the bathroom let the room down though. Having to turn and sit at an angle cause the towel rack is in front of toilet wasn’t great plus the fan leg was broken causing the fan to keep falling over so gave up using it. Also they do not have an airport shuttle and if you order a taxi you need to meet it away from the property or you’ll get a £5 fee. But my biggest issue is with the person responding to online messages and their lack of customer service skills. Won’t stay here again, too many other better hotels with friendlier staff.

Does what it says on the tin. Accommodation basic but clean and comfortable. Bar and food menu a tad like a works canteen and food nurtured in the microwave. But ok overall for a pre-flight stay.
