The food on offer in the restaurant didn’t appeal to us so we went to M&S for our supper and breakfast. Apart from that it was a very clean and comfortable stay
Nice comfy luxurious ,very clean room, no noise.
First time staying in airport hotel.. easy to get to.

Very convenient for Birmingham airport for departures and arrivals. Restaurant on site. Room good size, nicely furnished and firm but comfy beds. Lovely white fluffy towels and great hot shower.
Another comfortable stay before flying. Great location, decent food (expensive!) and a quiet night. Heating difficult to adjust and tv hard to negotiate, only one night to be annoyed!
Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away
She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work
I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. Said if any issues phone from the phone near the lift which unfortunately I didn’t see and had to return to reception again
This time she sent the other receptionist with me and after using her fob after trying the keys they then worked
The original receptionist did say to collect a green voucher from her when going to the restaurant which was for a free drink
At 3.00 am I had my shower and turned around to take a bath towel from the rail which broke away when I had the towel in my hand and somehow managed to stop it going too far and stopped the second towel falling into the wet bath
I managed to clip it back on somehow and after drying I looked at the wall because I noticed some black marks on the tiles but they went right to the side wall which made me believe that it had happened before
On returning keys to reception I informed her of what happened and that I thought it must’ve happened before and could be dangerous and she I believe put it in a book for maintenance
Other than that the room was large, clean throughout and the bed was comfortable
Hotel was great if I was going to be critical I’d say complimentary water would be nice rather than opening the fridge and a sign saying go to the bar/shop.
Also we never received our wake up call thank goodness I’d set my phone.
The hotel is not cheap would expect a little bit more for the price.
All of the staff we encountered were lovely and polite.
A nice hotel with friendly staff and good clean rooms. Easy and efficient check-in with no problems. Only stayed one night, which amounted to less than 12 hours but handy for the BP Pulse, NEC and the airport.
Amazing location and comfortable stay. Would advise people to get monorail from airport & go into town for dinner as the hotel restaurant was overpriced with tiny food portions. Don't bother with desert unless you have a magnifine glass to find it, the coffee was awful, it was such a shame.
Exceptionally rude front desk lady who refused to check me in, saying that I needed to pay for the booking - even though I had proof that it had already been fully paid for on Expedia. She then accused me of calling her a liar - which I did not.
Literally left me standing there for more than 10 minutes and ignored me, checking others in and then walking away. It wasn’t until another of her colleagues saw me and asked why I was still waiting, that I finally got checked in.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated like sh*t.
