Lamps need dusting. Windows didn’t completely close. Front desk man upon check in was very cold and hurried me along. No line behind me. Savior was the pink everything, ultra heated pool, and free slice of cake on my bday dinner. Check out man was nice - gave me postcards and matches.

Definitely unique. However, no elevators makes access difficult. Breakfast was coffee in room or an extra charge for what other hotels normally provide. The room needed repairs to wallpaper and other minor repairs to the decor. However, loved the bidet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Madonna Inn. We enjoyed the nostalgic feel of the property and the whimsical vibe. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. We will be back. :)

The stay was wonderful all of the staff was super friendly and welcoming! Jamie and Jose gave us great service at the steakhouse both nights. All of the bartenders were engaging, informative and fun to chat with, plus they all made great cocktails. Pool was next level! Breakfast at the cafe was wonderful too!

Biggest issue I see is the room I selected turned out to be on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator to get up and down for seniors like my wife and I. Hauling luggage and items up and down was not fun on the knees and I'm in great shape. Nice room in general but definitely showed it's age, esp. need new carpeting or flooring. Shower was great, esp. water pressure. Refrigerator smelled pretty bad and was hesitant to put food in it. TV is strangely quite small and could use an upgrade. Pool was fantastic as I swim laps and spend time in the jacuzzi's which was great. Recumbant bike was broken down which ruined a morning workout. Overall great place to stay but has some things that need to be addressed. Thanks

Excellent service and excellent quality, Our daughter had her wedding on Saturday and the hotel staff and service was absolutely amazing. We hosted a large wedding reception and everything went smoothly.
