We love the hotel, the staff could not be more welcoming and warm and helpful and accommodating, our room facing the mountains and the pool is beautiful, very clean, amazing coffee shop, everybody takes a lot of pride in their work, gorgeous holiday decorations, late night cocktails, and snacks and desserts and in room service make it the perfect getaway!

So, from the very beginning the check in staff couldn’t locate my reservation; took like an hour. Then all 3 nights the in-room dining was busy and couldn’t get through to anyone so I had to place an order twice through registration desk to place order. The air filter in room 5077 was completely full of dirt when I opened the door below thermostat. The exercise room equipment is old, outdated, and both the running machine and rowing machine were faulty and not working properly (I couldn’t keep my shoes in the strap for the rowing machine. I felt the manager shrugged response to why the in room dining was busy unprofessional. You guys should at the very least have a place where clients can leave orders…busy signal is completely unacceptable!

Was great family friendly resort…. Pool warm and long hours, lots of kids activities from arts and crafts, outdoor ping pong, foosball… evening fire pits to hang at…. Great staff from Jenny the kids club director to restaurant, cleaning staff, reception… well everyone we encountered
