The staff was amazing and patient with us not knowing Japanese. The rooms were VERY clean and had everything we needed for a nice visit here in Japan. Stood out: Onsen and information that's presented on the television the moment you walk int. The Onsen was something we definitely used and changed the way look at hotels. It was an experience that we will never forget. The information that was presented on the television about what the hotel offers and places to go in the area of Shinjuku was great. Definitely will be coming back to APA hotels!

I had an amazing stay at this APA location. The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly convenient—literally steps away from Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station, which made getting around Tokyo super easy. The rooms were compact (as expected in Japan) but thoughtfully designed, spotless, and comfortable. The amenities were a huge plus: the on-site public bath was relaxing after long days of walking, and the convenience store inside the building made grabbing drinks or snacks effortless. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel was a perfect home base in Shinjuku. Great value, great location, and a smooth, comfortable experience. I’d definitely stay here again.
