This hotel was wonderful. Great breakfast buffet. We loved their public bath. Very clean and staff were nice and helpful. Fellow hotel guests were also very friendly and nice. Bed was very nice and comfortable. We loved our room and the city view.

This is my favourite APA Hotel, although it is the only APA i have stayed at , this is my second time & i will be returning shortly! Onsen and Bath is divine & must be tried if you visit! That is specifically why i chose this APA location last year and returned this year. Also because of it’s convenient location beside the Nishishinjuku station and multiple Convenience stores (konbinis) within 500metres , you can walk for 20 seconds out the door and get whatever you need. The breakfast buffet is fresh,delicious and is the best i’ve had since i visited a Kempinski hotel. It includes almost all Western breakfast foods with the addition of Traditional Japanese breakfast dishes like Miso soup and Fresh Hot Rice, Fish (salmon, mackerel i believe but my memory wasn’ focused on that) i mainly ate the perfectly cooked japanese style scrambled eggs which were the perfect texture and obviously cooked by an experienced and world-class Kitchen staff and/or chefs. APA has the second most Hotels in japan i believe with around 750 locations , it isn’t hard to understand why they are successful they are a 10/10 hotel chain, basically all staff speak some english and can understand you, some are very fluent in english so there is no need to worry about communication issues. I even had them receive some Amazon packages which they held graciously for me until i was ready to receive and open it. My final request was to store my luggage for many hours after my check-out time (even till Midnight)

I have been to this hotel location “nishishinjuku” 5 times. The only complaint I can say is they public “laundry machine” is NOT GOOD, don’t have security lock when we use, the laundry machine have issues that are not powerful cannot dry the clothes in one shot, we must pay 3 times to dry our 4x small size clothes for 1.5 hrs. Overall we love this location, very calm, very clean.

My wife and I stayed here while a friend of ours was competing in the Tokyo marathon. We very much enjoyed the hotel. Yes the room is smaller than our normal western hotel but we really enjoyed the experience and the facilities were great.

Far enough away from Shinjuku station that it is not too busy at night. Still in a walkable distance for carrying a single piece of luggage to the station. Breakfast buffet was nice for the price.

I enjoy the stay in this property especially the onsen which could relax after walking whole day. I also wish to thanks the Hotel as I left my ipad in the room after check out. The hotel inform me on that day. Unfortunately I have returned to my own country. I have several communication with the hotel and eventually I could get my ipad with 12000 yan expenses. It worth the money coz the ipad kept a lot of photos of memrory. Thanks the hotel staffs help and honesty.

Great start to my holiday!

APA was amazing!!! Super convenient from HND airport. The room is clean and the perfect space for one or even two people. It is situated in an amazing location, with a 2 minute walk from Nishi shinjuku Gochome station. I felt safe at all times, the check-in/check-out process is seamless. They have a restaurant onsite as well, but the highlight of the hotel is the Onsen!! What an AMAZING ONSEN! This was my first time to Japan, staying at APA set my holiday off to a great start!!!

Spent 11 days here, Fresh towels daily and cleaning every 3 days. Right across the street from the Oedo Line which is one that traveled to most of my destinations for the entire stay. Family mart across the street for late night snacks as well. Restaurant downstairs had buffet breakfast option daily and bar was open till about midnight with last call at 11:30pm.

First time in Tokyo and staying at a Japanese property. Hotel lobby is nice, check in efficient and breakfast buffet very good. Rooms - I’d heard they were small and they certainly are. Prepare yourself for the size of a large North American walk-in closet. That said it was cozy, beds were comfortable and very clean.
