Area is quiet. Clean and modern hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff efficient and attentive. Free coffee and drinks and pastries afternoon til 10:00 pm which is welcome after a long day out. Around 15 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station to the hotel. The train from Takanawa Gateway just across the hotel is 4 stops to Ginza. Not too many options for restaurants around the hotel. You will need to walk to the station for more food choices or take the train to other places in Tokyo for shopping and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very clean and our room was cleaned everyday with all the amenities topped up daily. Bathroom was larger than most we experience when here. Close to the station and local shop.

Good area, nice room

The hotel could not initially find my booking on check in. The rooms are good, nice and clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. Westerners might find the room small but it is ok by Japanese standards. In a good area. The bar and restaurant are not really that good and I would go out for meals and drinks. The area is excellent and the room was quiet despite being near the railway. Service was much better after the initial problems checking in.

Hotel is located in a safe area. Just a 10 minute walk to nearby Shinagawa station. Room, though small, was well equipped, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of items sure to satisfy anyone. One area that could be improved upon was the hotel’s process to request a late check out. Had to download an app and enter a lot of personal details, just to stay in the room an extra hour. Would have been so much easier and appreciated if staff could have just approved the late check out.

Very clean room. About 8 min walk to shinagawa station. Walk a diff direction and you can get to asakusa line as well. Their bathtub is awesome. Will be back if in the area.

A very comfortable hotel about 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa station. My bed was incredibly comfortable and my room even had a separate bathing room with the shower stool and basin just like an onsen. The hotel lobby cafe is of high quality, I enjoyed both lunch and breakfast there. There isn't a lot immediately outside the hotel as it is a business district, but if you walk down to the station there are restaurants etc. Recommended.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel, the room was clean and had a lovely view. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly manageable and the bathroom was really nice. The staff were lovely, they also offer complimentary drinks and snacks each evening. The facilities are great, there is a washing machine, vending machine and microwave on the ground floor. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the nearest station.
