This hotel is in close proximity to the train station. This staff was friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room while not large was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

I think the property was amazing. Close to shinagawa station and right next to takanwa city/station. Location is really good besides a small walk to nearest conveince stores. Long walk to grocery store. Very close to famous temple. Water pressure was nice. Room cleaning was good. The lounge below was nice and served little snacks 5-10pm.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The rooms are small but they are fine. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is immaculate. It is very close to the train station less than a half a mile walk. It was everything we needed on this trip.

We found this hotel to be a very practical base for our first visit to Tokyo. Being so close to Shinagawa Station, our access to trains (and the shinkansen) was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean, quiet and had a friendly atmosphere. We would stay there again.
