Pillows were the only rough thing about sleeping, either too soft or too hard. Stayed 11 days and the accommodations were wonderful, room was a tad small for my 6’2 ft hubby but the bed was comfortable

We liked the place. It is near from the center but at the same time quite area. Rooms were very modern and easy excess to the room. Everything is good about this hotel. People at the desk speaks English. Overall had a great stay. Next time will definitely come back……

Great hotel as long as you’re one person to a room or maybe only staying a day or 2 with 2 people as the rooms are quite small. Fantastic staff! Big shout out to A.Kojima who helped me get a variety of museum tickets :)

Great Location

Location wise, this is walking distance to Ginza station along with some very restaurants. I also walked to Tsukiji Market from the hotel fairly easily. I enjoyed my stay here, but the room is definitely on the small side even for just one person. If you are traveling as a couple, definitely opt for one of the bigger rooms.

Tiny tiny tiny room, and they only wanted to clean it every other day. Could just be a Tokyo thing, but my wife was not happy with me for booking it! Staff was very nice though, and Ginza is a great area.

Not sure how this hotel is starred as 3. The room was so tiny, it was more of a broom closet than a bedroom. I do not recommend nor would I return to this property. The price they charge per night is absurd for what you get. Literally no space for a small luggage or even for me to walk in the room getting in and out of bed. Look elsewhere for a decent hotel. Nothing special here.

Overall great services - staff were very patient and helpful, especially when helping us arrange for our luggage delivery. Room is a bit smaller but as expected for in Tokyo. Would recommend it if you are in the area.

Perfect location in heart of Ginza. Very close to station and designer shopping. Also close to a Lawson, 7/11 and McDonald's. Room was clean. Liked that you could have the room cleaned daily too. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but to be expected in Tokyo. Enough space to fully open one suitcase; impossible to simultaneously open two. View from window wasn't nice, but not a deal breaker as the room was used for sleeping. Great value for Ginza and highly recommend.

The hotel is in Ginza and very near all the shopping places. But the street is very quiet and accessible with few convenience store nearby. There is also a nice tsukemen shop nearby. Very affordable stay in terms of location and convenience.
