The maintenance of our unit was not kept up. The patio door did not close properly, the window had screws to stop ability to open. Shutter doors to the toilet bathroom is in desparate need of clean and repair. The wall tiles in the bathroom need to have black scrubbed and bleached. The shower lever has no top plate. Water pressure is mediocre. The kitchen lounge bed area were all okay, although the blanket smelt dusty. There is no hob, but there is a combi oven, and a microwave. And the kitchen is adequately equiped. The absolute star of the show is the view. Straight to the sea across the strand. Extra special because we were 9th floor. We have booked to stay again in 3 days, am hoping the issues with todays unit is not the usual in this complex.

Service was good but I had to check out a day early due to a family member being unwell back in Cairns. It was before the 2pm checkin yet they didnt offer me a partial refund. Whereas it was the night of the footy so no doubt they rented out the room again.

Best location in Town

Amazing position opposite beach. Room with small balcony facing beach. Bed was good room was good had all necessary Enjoyed our stay Would have liked a room on a higher floor but was unavailable.Restaurants and coffee shops surround the hotel. Friendly staff good parking on site Definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was fantastic. Check in was quick and easy and the reception staff were very friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a great view of the ocean and Strand. Easy parking and also a short walk to restaurants. The room was perfect for our short stay. Would definitely recommend.
