Called for early check in, Iwas advised to show up at 2pm for early check in. I showed up and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 4pm, they said they would call me if the room was cleaned earlier than 4. I show back up at 4 and front desk advised me that the room wasnt clean and wasnt going to be clean so they gave me another room. This room had olumbing issues in the tub so twe asked for another room due to us having to get to our reservations on time. As i was picking up the new room keys the gentleman at the front desk slammed the keys on the desk and had an attitude when i asked if the room was the same quality as the previous room, and he advised the room i had was perfect. So we got our keys and went to the new room. First time out of the 5 previous times we visited and had these types of problems. Customer satisfaction should be main priority. Unfortunately, we were treated poorly.
