Upper West Side hotels with parking

We loved the location to central park, shops, Lincoln Center truly amazing We enjoyed the 25ft foot heated inside pool access to shop and so much more. we truly enjoyed our stay

The building is beautiful, but the inside is kind of plain. No refrigerator or even ice machine on our floor. When we arrived there was a maintenance worker in the tub doing something. He seemed startled and left quickly. I later realized that the tub drain wasn't working properly. Not sure why they'd put us there without fixing it or saying anything, but it was disappointing.

Super friendly staff, great views, 10/10

Clean and convenient location for our show at the Beacon Theatre. One star off for being able to hear guest conversations very clearly from outside our room. While the Wallace lounge was very presentable, the drinks and dessert were just ok. Would be nice for hotel guests to have priory seating in the lounge instead of having to wait or succumb to the bar. Overall, I would 100 percent recommend The Wallace and would probably stay here again if I’m visiting UWS again.

Room was gross and not holding up well. We found a guest’s used mouthguard sitting on the floor of our bathroom.

The staff is outstanding. We loved visiting the bakery every morning. It’s close to Central Park and a quick cab ride to the theater district. I have stayed here twice and would definitely return!
