OK hotel. Can be much better if rooms are cleaned

very pleasant area. Nice hotel. problems 1) room/bathroom not clean 2) water pressure extremely low- needs a hand-shower if low can not be increased. impossible to take a shower. 3) Breakfast not available on the property. There is a coffee shop with horrible service- untrained workers. 2 coffee takes 20 min to prep!

This review is based soley on then appearance of the guest room and views. The room was dark and outdated. Surprisingly there was not a full length mirror to use. We were getting ready for a wedding and it would have been nice to have use of a full length mirror. Also, we were told we had Mountain views, when in fact we had views of a pool renovation which blocked any views.

This stay was amazing. It's ashame that after such a busy week we didn't get to explore everything, but what we did explore was beautiful. All the family loved it. My only criticism would be we paid for a 3 mountain views and one of those was on the 1st floor with no view it was disappointing.

Disappointing. For a Vacation Club, this was unimpressive. Room was freezing and temp not easy to change - they had to send up an engineer - who was able to adjust it. TV impossible to figure out. Parking around our unit was difficult, especially when 3 spaces were taken by the hotel staff's golf carts. The room needs updating. The facilities definitely cater to an older clientele. They charge resort fees and then nicely ask you to help them clean up before you go (take the trash out, strip linens, etc.) Front desk and concierge were friendly. Highly recommend the on-site spa, Bello Vita.
