All help went overboard to make our stay memorable. Star at the front desk checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed, The two women in the breakfast buffet were overly helpful even coming to our table asking if we wanted refills.

Upon checking in, we were “upgraded” to a room with a hot tub, a fireplace and a sofa. We were anxious to get to the beach. Don’t realize that we got a QUEEN bed instead of the KING bed that I booked. Would have been fine, except we were all sleeping in one bed: two adults and a seven year old child. Not much room.

Overall, the experience was good. I booked a room that could hold 5 people, one being on the sofa bed. I was HIGHLY disappointed in the sofa bed. It was stained to where nobody was willing to sleep on it and extremely old with springs and very uncomfortable when just placing your hand on it. Please get a new option for the fifth person.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we came across was friendly. The only problem was the musty odor we noticed when we first walked in otherwise it was a surprisingly comfortable stay and we will be back.

The air conditioning was broken and when asked staff they told me to open the window and there was nothing they could do until the next day. Sewage was also bubbling up from the bath tub and was told i couldn't change rooms. Ultimately after a long battle they did swith the rooms. Hot water was also out and I was told it was fixed the water was still ice cold and not fixed. The GM did try her best to fix the situation but the staff was not helpful in anyway and just seemed to pass the situation onto the next person the next day.

Great deal! Very safe, there is only one entrance to the building that is locked after 9pm. You can enter anytime with your card key. Staff was helpful and generous. We asked for a late checkout because we have kids and work meetings. Breakfast fresh made waffles were really fun for the kids! Thank you.

The property was maintained great. The staff was overly concerned about our comfort even though there were never any on our part. The TV didn't work when we arrived & within 5 minutes of calling the desk someone came & fixed it. The grounds keepers were polite & courteous, also. The breakfasts were tasty and the young women overseeing it went above and beyond to serve the guests. We chose this hotel for the location to the Harbor & it was a great decision!
