Property is clean and the staff was helpful. However, corporate canceled one of our booked nights and i had to call the hotel to get it fixed which was confusing for staff and time consuming. The situation was made more difficult because "I booked through Expedia". Not sure where the problem is...the hotel? Expedia? Both?

Back home trip

Not so good:skimpy on towels only 2 each. Breakfast a little boring with no variation from day to day. Carpet needed a good cleaning. Good: Very comfortable bed, shower and the large room. Room was clean except for carpet. Staff friendly and competent. Quiet room for the most part.

Everything was just a little off. There was a very long wait to check in after a 7 hour drive with only one front desk person who was not moving quickly. The room did not match the photos which showed a separation between the king bed and the pull out couch. The pull out couch did not have enough linens nor did the bathroom (if you book a room for four people it would be reasonable to expect four towels). It took a long time to get these things. The door to the room rattled all night anytime a guest in the same hall opened their door necessitating a piece of luggage propped against the door. To top it all off when I went to the breakfast the coffee was all gone. None of this was terrible in and of itself, but do not expect attention to detail here.

We've stayed here sev'l times in past. Beautiful area, walk to dining/shops at other side of marina. Staff was very kind, helpful; Maggie(?) was exceptional. The ice machine was not working, but a kitchen staffer was kind enough to give me some ice. This trip there was a strong smell of sewage outside the front of the property. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We'll be happy to stay here many times over b/c of location, familiarity of places to eat/shop, comfort & helpful staff.

Shocked of Holiday Day inn

We had harbor view and we got wall view. They told us they don't honor hotels.com request for certain rooms. The carpet was dirty with stains. I had service dog and they wanted to charge me for my dog. Their coffee taste like water and their breakfast was unappealing.
