This motel offers an OK room at a great rate in a great location. I had some travel troubles, but Ricky at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely come back here again.

The property was clean. I stayed 2 days and constantly seen management clean the area. Ricky ( manager) was very nice. When I went to office to get coffee we would have a long conversation. He is friendly and always greeted myself and other guests with a smile. Motel very clean

Overall Nice

The room was very clean. Beds were acceptable. No actual closet or drawers but there is a wall rack with hangers and shelves that worked out fine for clothes. Shower was nice. Coffee at the front desk. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating! Overall a good experience!

In town for a local band. The location is great, the price is the best in town. stay downtown for half the price, clean, staff very friendly.

Great!! Comfy bed with extra pillows, clean room, nice bathroom, etc. Ricky at reception desk was awesome. So kind and welcoming. Would definitely go back to this Motel 6.

This is my go to place to stay when I visit Ventura. The location is perfect, walkable to the beach and downtown Ventura. Ricky at the front desk is awesome and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this Motel 6 Downtown location.

The property is well located. However it is obvious the rooms haven't been deep cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was also in a state of disrepair.

We didnt get the room we reserved. The room we were given had a water leak from the ceiling. We were moved to another room the was not clean. When we went back for the third time, Ricky told us to request a refund from hotels.com and when they called he would confirm the refund. That still hasn’t happened 24 hours later and we had to pay for another hotel at 900 at night.

This place I like because it’s really close to downtown and the beach the guy in the morning that helped me at the office was a bit rude with a bad attitude but other than that everything was ok.
