Both stays I have had at this location have been not the best. Firstly, I’d like the the hotel staff accommodating me and allowing me to check in early after coming off working a night shift rather have me wait until normal check in time. Rooms were decent, nothing fancy. Good luck trying to get some sleep during the day because the constant foot traffic and the echo of voices will either wake you up or keep you up. Both times I was only able to be accommodated in a room near the portion of the hotel which is used to permanently or temporarily house those who are in rehab and/or homeless. If those people are allowed a section of the hotel to roam around, then there should be a section of the hotel where actual paying guests can be in their room without being bothered with the extra foot traffic and echoing audio of loud conversations and music.

At least two types of roaches were very present in the room. The tiny stall showers are poorly designed and foster mold growth in crevices that can smell very oppressive. We’ve stayed in two different rooms here. Only one had roaches but the mold was very bad in both.

Very helpful morning staff and the lad that checked me in …even though it was late he was super pleasant. There was one sour apple that went out of his way to put things off on the next person… but it’s great to know he doesn’t sour the bunch only helps them shine brighter.. Thanks!
