Condition reflects the price

You get what you pay for. It's cheap. Wasn't expecting the Ritz, but a door on the shower and a bed cover without cigarette burns might have been nice.

Just stay somewhere else. Your stay begins with a nasty women who was beat by a snail making copies of a license, who tells a friend she canceled his room an hour earlier because his card was declined. She insisted on making it seem like she was doing him a favor giving him his booked room, using the card he had. Then the rooms, no shades on lights, holes in tables, shower hot water knob off, light bulbs out. Door locks that don't work. Not enough parking. Otherwise...

Very poor building conditions. I did not feel safe, the room door did not have a top securty lock. The room did not appear to be clean. Furniture was old and worn out. I dont think this facility should be an option on Expedia.

Bad room, worse service

Upon arrival the clerk said she canceled my reservation due to an invalid credit card. I never got any notification about it and my card was fine. Very poor customer service and I had to pay in cash which I was lucky to have. Room was in bad repair with exposed outlets, a curtain that didn't cover the window, and eveything smelled of smoke (was supposed to be non-smoking). I am very used to roughing it but the room combined with the service has totally made this the worst.

I booked one night to run the Ventura marathon. I left the room at 4am and my plan was to be back by 10am to shower and do check out. At 4am, I spent 5 minutes pressing the buzz to explain it to the employee in charge. NOBODY came to the window (main door was locked, I assume because of the time) I left a note on a piece of paper explaining my intention to come back along with the keys. I Decided not to come back after I didn't feel helped.

Awful place in every sense of the word.

This place is awful. Black mold on every wall, sink water seemed barely potable, the shower flooded and the customer service was downright nasty. Gross smelly room for way too much money. If this was $24 sure maybe, but it was $80. Screw that. There was literally a mattress in the swimming pool. Avoid.

I checked out a day early. Furniture was old and dirty. I found a cockroach in the room. The woman working the lobby denied any infestations. The next day there were cops paying a visit to the room above me. I won’t ever return here.
