I think the staff and customer service was amazing but I have to say the rooms were a bit chaotic as far as the layout and with this day and age you need some tech. Netflix and places to charge devices would have been nice. A lot of stains on the carpet that you can tell will never come out and people smoking in and outside so their were a lot of smells. Great place if you got some puppies though as they are allowed and again the staff is amazing. Probably the nicest group of people I have seen at a hotel.

Couches were pretty ran down , our room had an extreme “ smoking in the room smell ! Thankfully Walmart was in the same parking lot so we were able to get smell goods , Our window would not stay opened & the ice machine on our floor was out of service ! The hotel is pretty old school & gives off expensive MOTEL vibes ! Staff was extremely sweet & welcoming ! Hotel just needs some upgrade for pricing !

I booked a 2 night stay for my wife and I took my 1 year old son the room had a wierd smell like MOLD and sure enough I seen mold near the ac due to water leak this is a serious health concern for my son and family I brought it to the front desk attendant but really didn’t care much about it this would be my last stay here here more clean properties out there!
